— Arranging an appointment with your dentist in order to discuss your concerns
— E-mailing us through our contact form or messaging service

We will acknowledge your complaint or concern within three working days of receipt and we will investigate your complaint within ten working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, please contact The Dental Complaints organisation.
