Book a consultation with us by phone, e-mail or online messaging services. We will aim to get back to you within a few hours during working hours. Outside of working hours, our phone line is open 24/7 for advice and emergency out-of-hours appointments. 

Our team will schedule a date and time for your appointment when it is best suited for you. Our clinic is open from 8am-6pm, so we can accommodate you outside of working hours, if required. If you need urgent care or are in pain, we will aim to see you on the same day. 

We are based directly opposite Jersey General Hospital, in a convenient and easy-to-reach location. Shortly after arriving, you can wait in our reception area prior to your appointment. If you are running late, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Your consultation will involve a comprehensive oral health check. This includes checking for signs of oral cancer, gum disease, tooth decay and tooth wear. We will dicuss your concerns in-depth and create a bespoke care plan for you. We are always transparent about fees and time required. 

Teeth are for life and therefore we place importance on routine check-ups and hygiene. We schedule these in advance as we like to prevent any dental problems before they occur. The Gentle Smiles team focuses on preventing disease, rather than just treating it.
